WHAT WE BELIEVE
We Believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for all matters of faith.

We Believe in one God–Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We Believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son and Savior of the world.

We Believe God is the creator of man and all things.

We Believe it is God's plan for the elders, full of the Holy Spirit, to shepherd the local church.

We Believe that man, created by God, willfully sinned, and as a result, is lost and without hope apart from Jesus Christ. And that breaks our hearts!

We Believe salvation (the forgiveness of sins) comes by grace through the blood of Jesus Christ (His death on the cross).

OUR HISTORY
On April 25, 1993, a group of Christians from Muskogee, Tahlequah, Fort Gibson, Checotah, Coweta, and surrounding ​areas, met at the Luby's Cafeteria in Arrowhead Mall in Muskogee.
​
Muskogee Church of Christ was founded, and met in various places around Muskogee before purchasing a property on North York Street, where a groundbreaking ceremony was held on July 12, 1995. The first Sunday in the new (and current) location was February 18, 1996 at 3206 N York Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma.
During this time span of more than 25 years, our group has changed in many ways. We have learned to be more in tune with the Holy Spirit, seen significant growth spiritually, and learned to take our faith out of the building. We have been blessed to have many people serve as elders and ministers over the years.​

Our building has had additions and blessings from many wonderful givers. This has allowed us to be debt free.
We look forward to what Jesus has in store for us as we move forward together.
